At assuredllbeauty, we take pride in creating high-quality custom handmade gifts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges in compliance with US consumer protection laws, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations.

Custom and Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our custom handmade gifts, returns are generally not accepted for items that have been customized according to your specifications. This includes items with:

  • Personalized engravings, names, or messages
  • Custom colors, sizes, or designs specified by the customer
  • Items made specifically to your order requirements

However, if you receive a custom item that does not match the approved design or specifications, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:

  • Arrange for a replacement item at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Request photos of the defect or damage for our records

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at partners@assuredllbeauty.world or through our contact form
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions
  4. Ship the item back using the provided instructions

Return Conditions

Items eligible for return must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include original packaging and all accessories
  • Be returned within 14 days of receipt (unless defective)

Shipping Costs

For returns due to defects or our error, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
